    Delivery Charges

    Where possible we use Australia Post - Registered Post to send our signs and artwork.  However for custom signs which exceed Australia Post limits (see Australia Post - Parcel Limits) these can be either picked up or a courier can be arranged please contact us to obtain rates.


    Postage and handling charges are based on the value of goods purchased

    Does the price include GST?

    Yes, all prices shown include GST - 10.00%. A Tax Invoice will  be sent to the billing address when the goods are shipped out.


    How quickly will my goods arrive?

    If  ordering stock items which are "in stock"  these products will be delivered within 7 -10 days. 

    Stewart Metalwork will make every effort to manufacture and dispatch custom signs and orders out of stock as early as possible, however due to the nature of the work and finish (specifically Rust) these may take up to 6 - 10 weeks from placement of order  to delivery.

    Please let us know if you require an item for a specific date and we can discuss options with you.


    Can the colour of the item be changed?

    Yes, in most cases however  this will incur an additional charge subject to the colour requested. To discuss this further please call us on +61 (0)0408 614 407 or send us an email.


    Can I speak to someone rather than email?

    You can call direct on +61 (0) 0408 614 407. If we are unable to take your call please leave your name and contact details and we will return your call as soon as possible.


    How can I pay for my order?

    You have five payment options:


    - PayPal
    (PayPal offers an easy, reliable and secure service enabling you to fund your payment using your debit card,   credit card, bank account and PayPal balance).

    - Credit Card over the phone by calling +61 (0)0408 614 407. We accept Visa and Mastercard only.

    - Direct Deposit into our account, banking details available at time of checkout. Please include your Reference Number (from order confirmation) so that we can verify where the payment has come from.

    - Australian Cheque or Money Order payable to Stewart Metalwork . Post to PO Box 118 Hazelbrook NSW 2779.

    - In person at our trade shows by Cash, or Credit Card.


    Please note we will not process or dispatch an order until full payment is received.


    Can I place an order if I am not located in Australia?

    Yes, Stewart Metalwork offer international customers the option of ordering online the same way as anyone in Australia. The only difference is, all international orders must be paid for using PayPal.


    This is a gift, can you send to another address?

    Yes, we can easily ship to a different address. Please enter your details in the billing address and the receivers details in the shipping address section during checkout.
